Inspect.
Boiler Inspection Service.
If you own or use a coffee machine that falls in the scope of the Pressure System Safety Regulations 2000 you have a legal duty to ensure the coffee machine is compliant. The regulations state that the primary duty holders for compliance are the users and owners of the pressure system (coffee machine). You are therefore required by law to have your machine inspected by a competent professional certified to carry out inspections of pressure systems according to a Written Scheme of Examination.
This is a mandatory requirement by law and the absence of an up-to-date inspection certificate will in most cases invalidate your insurance. It is the responsibility of the owner/user to ensure these regulations are upheld and inspections are carried out annually.
Repair.
Emergency Call Out Repairs
North Coast Coffee offers a call-out service across north Scotland, including the Highlands and Islands, and throughout Scotland if needed. We are partners with Conti Espresso, Victoria Arduino, and Bestir, and can repair all traditional Bean to Cup Coffee machines. We work with leading suppliers to keep equipment operational.
For urgent issues, we provide prompt, competitive service with a high first-time fix rate to minimise downtime. Machines should be available during normal hours, as restricted access may cause delays. We also offer out-of-hours, weekend, and bank holiday call-outs, subject to availability and surcharges.
Service.
General Servicing and Maintance
For general servicing where no immediate problems exist, we like to book at least a week in advance. We offer full installation and setup of all coffee-related equipment but would usually ask for at least a week's notice to ensure the work is carried out on time.
